Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide patient care through respiratory treatments, oxygen therapy, diagnostic testing, and ventilation support for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include monitoring and weaning oxygen and artificial ventilation, analyzing arterial blood gases, assisting with airway management, and delivering therapies per physician orders and policies. The role requires reviewing clinical information, educating patients and staff, performing diagnostic procedures, and maintaining professional certifications.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree, a valid state license, and certification as a Respiratory Therapist from the National Board of Respiratory Care. BLS certification is required, with NRP for NICU-trained therapists and ACLS within 90 days of hire. Skills needed include proficiency with Windows applications, effective communication, strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
