The Production Technician Level B is a mid-level position.

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Exceed performance expectations of Production Technician Level C duties.
• Rebuild all legacy and 10K on-highway products.
• Perform full dynometer testing on all legacy and 10K on-highway products.
• Use and demonstrate proficiency with Allison Extranet.
• Repair all legacy and 10K on-highway products.
• Possess a reflash account.
• Recognize bad/defective parts.
• Have all necessary legacy and 10K rebuild tools (excluding Allison specialty tools).
• Receive daily assignments from supervisor.
• Maintain organized record keeping; filing may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Company forklift certification.
• Complete online E-learn training.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• 75% knowledge of transmission operation and functions.

• Good reading, writing, and verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in various environmental conditions.
