• Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our guests by maintaining dining room cleanliness
• Clear and set tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform station opening/closing setup for each shift
• Restock glassware, ice, and beverage items
• Polish, roll, and prep silverware
• Ensure chairs, floors, and guest dining areas are clean
