Saute Cook-NEUTRAL GROUND BISTREAUX
Neutral Ground Bistreaux is looking for an experienced Saute cook to execute high-quality dishes with speed and precision in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities- Cook and plate and sautéed dishes to exact Specification
- maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station.
- Control cooking times, temperatures, and seasoning for consistency.
- Work efficiently during high-volume service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Experience:
minium 1 year as a sauté cook or line cook in a professional kitchen. - Skills:
strong sauce technique, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure. - Work ethic: punctual, reliable, and able to maintain focus in a high-energy environment.
- Certifications:
serv-safe preferred but not required.
