We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, ensure a well-kept parking lot and prepare carts for members, assist with purchases, and support creating a great member experience.
• Assist members with loading purchases into their vehicles, and stay on your feet to help members quickly and accurately in all weather.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed; answer member questions; process member purchases and payments according to company policies.
• Locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; ensure carts/flatbeds are available; assist with transporting items; retrieve carts per company policy.
• Adhere to company policies and standards of ethics; follow safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners to complete work assignments and adapt to change and feedback.
