Position Summary:
- Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
- Maintains self‑checkout area, resolves member issues, promotes Sam's Club products and services, and provides guidance on self‑service technology.
- Processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for different membership and payment types.
- Secures and safeguards Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, and executing emergency response procedures.
- Assists in training new Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, teaches new technology, and delivers new program rollout training.
- Implements company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy.
- Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers to identify priorities and communicate progress.
- Fosters a culture of belonging, embraces differences, and supports team development through mentoring.
- Acts with integrity, upholds Walmart values, and supports the company's goal of becoming a regenerative organization.
- Delivers results by putting the customer first and making decisions based on reliable information.
- Demonstrates curiosity, takes calculated risks, and supports continuous improvement through new technologies.
$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Minimum Qualifications- Customer Service experience.
- Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.
