If you’ve been a top performer selling phones, furniture, or knocking out B2B deals, but you’re capped on income or burned out from nights, weekends, and holidays—we’ve got a better path.

What You Bring- Sales experience in B2B or B2C (think wireless, retail, door-to-door, etc.)
- You’ve hit or exceeded goals in past roles—but want more earning potential
- You’re good with people, sharp on the phone, and quick to follow up
- You’re coachable, hungry, and thick‑skinned in the best way
- You’re already licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (required)

We offer a sign‑on bonus after hire to reimburse your licensing costs (plus a little extra).
What You’ll Do- Quote and sell personal lines policies (auto, home, umbrella)
- Handle occasional service needs for your clients
- Work warm leads from internet, walk‑ins, transfers, and referrals
- Track your pipeline in our CRM (Agency Zoom)
- Get real‑time coaching and sales support to sharpen your skills
You’ll quote your own business—because speed closes deals. Once you’re producing consistently, quoting support becomes an option.
