In-Home Design Consultant

Overview

In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative). A full-time outside sales position focused on developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. Floor works & Blinds offers stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvements, including solutions for accessibility needs. We are a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions with a reputation for quality and workmanship.

• Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
• Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis
• Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
• Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
• Ability to work independently
• Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the areas we service (Baton Rouge to Biloxi)

• $80,000 - $250,000 annual compensation is typical for fully committed team members
• Comprehensive training from start to close
