• Calm under pressure and consistent about standards
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, or institutional projects is a plus, but not required

We need someone who can own the field and bring structure and consistency to installs

Our work has outgrown informal supervision. This role is critical to improving install quality, reducing rework, and helping the company scale in a controlled, professional way.
