Ochsner Health is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to perform bio-psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and resource coordination for patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual needs in relation to medical conditions.
The role includes crisis intervention, documentation, on-call duties, and adherence to compliance standards. A CSW or RSW is required, LMSW preferred with plan to obtain LMSW within 6 months.
