Je werkt samen in het serviceteam en ondersteunt installateurs, servicetechnici, partners en eindgebruikers. Je analyseert storingen, logt in op installaties, begeleidt klanten stap voor stap naar een oplossing en bewaakt de voortgang van tickets binnen afgesproken reactietijden.
