Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider om de behandeling en ondersteuning van bewoners met een beperking te coördineren. Je biedt directe begeleiding en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken, inclusief het ochtendritueel. Een relevante afgeronde opleiding en goede sociale vaardigheden zijn vereist. Het betreft een functie voor 24-28 uur per week met een salaris op basis van ervaring tot €3.825,- per maand, inclusief vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering.
