ASVZ in Sliedrecht zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider voor de behandeling en begeleiding van bewoners. In deze rol werk je samen met orthopedagogen, teamleiders en collega-begeleiders om zorgplannen op te stellen en uit te voeren.
Aanbod omvat een tijdelijk dienstverband van 1 jaar met uitzicht op vast en een salaris in schaal FWG 40. Je wordt aangemoedigd om een belangrijke rol te spelen in de verhuizing naar een nieuw huis.
