Travel Foreman

Infra Hire is hiring for Travel Foreman in PA location:

• Oversee daily field operations for environmental and infrastructure projects at various locations, primarily based in Slippery Rock, PA, with frequent travel.
• Coordinate and supervise field crews, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability for project progress and quality.
• Manage project schedules and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
• Direct the safe and effective use of heavy equipment and support construction and carpentry-related tasks on site.
• Monitor and perform basic maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and site infrastructure.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Communicate project updates and progress to supervisors, clients, and site leadership.
• Document project activities, progress, and issues; troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Train, mentor, and support field team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
• Accurately report labor, equipment usage, and materials for project and company records.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Maintain required certifications and a valid driver's license; CDL or additional certifications are beneficial.
