Hotel Front Desk Agent

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Slippery Rock PA. Our Front Desk Agent will demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service, maintaining high guest satisfaction and completing tasks in accordance with hotel policies and Marriott brand standards. The position will also be responsible for basic accounting procedures to ensure hotel procedures are complete and accurate. Guest security and safety are a priority, and the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring every guest has a pleasant, safe and secure stay.

This role also requires answering guest questions and making recommendations about the hotel and local area, and performing duties in alignment with hotel policy and procedures and Marriott brand standards.
