Location: Colnbrook

We are currently looking for a driven and focused individual to join our operations team as a Service Co‑Ordinator. You will be working closely with field-based engineering teams and suppliers to ensure maintenance and repair works are delivered in a timely manner, and customer expectations are met. Focus on process and attention to detail will be a key driver to success.

This is a full time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for Key Customer accounts
  • Manage planned maintenance schedules (PPMs) and reactive repairs
  • Coordinate all repair works via our in-house system
  • Organise and schedule planned maintenance works
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
  • Update our asset management system
  • Monitor monthly output to ensure targets are met
  • Work with Service Administrators to ensure all stages of a job are completed in full
  • General administration tasks needed to support the business
  • Liaise between clients, suppliers and engineers, providing quotations, regular updates and necessary paperwork
Person Specification
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver accurate outcomes through effective organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong customer service, with a client focused attitude and the ability to build good working relationships
  • Must be IT literate
