As an Operations Administrator
, you’ll be a key player in keeping our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll provide responsive administrative and operational support to our field teams, manage essential stock and uniform supplies, and act as a central point of contact for incoming communications – ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a 12 month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. It will suit someone who enjoys organisation, problem‑solving, variety and working collaboratively across teams.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Accurately process, validate, and manage job sheets within agreed timescales
  • Carry out site audits to ensure records, compliance documentation, and operational evidence are complete, accurate, and up to date
  • Maintain and update site information plans to reflect current layouts, operational needs, and changes
  • Prepare, issue, and regularly update operative patrol packs, ensuring all materials remain current and relevant
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to field operatives, resolving queries and supplying resources promptly
  • Manage stock and uniform levels, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely distribution
  • Process and validate self‑enforcement PCNs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflow management
  • Monitor, triage, and respond to incoming and outgoing emails to support clear and timely communication across teams

    Support the wider operations team with general administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Who You Are
  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to spot trends
  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines
  • Happy to commit to a 12 month fixed‑term contract
  • A DBS check is required for this role due to the nature of data handled

Salary: £25,396.80 per annum

Hours: 40 per week with 1 hour for lunch. Office hours are 9a‑5p.

Location: Slough

Office details: Free onsite parking. Smart casual dress code Monday‑Thursday, dress down on Friday.
