Transport Administrator; Nights

We are proud to working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation with their search for a Transport Administrator (Nights) to be based on site in Slough

• Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the Transport department and the planners on site
• Managing the in-house systems and databases
• Liaising sand communicating with others within the Customers on the phone
• Managing and maintaining office files
• Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
• Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.
• Assisting the department that from and documentation perspective the department is compliant

• Experience with in a Transport Department is essential
• Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.
• Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
