I’m looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with me, helping to keep multiple business interests organised, on track, and running efficiently.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves bringing order to busy environments, enjoys creating systems and processes, and takes pride in making things happen.

• Diary and email management
• Organising meetings, travel, and appointments
• Liaising with solicitors, contractors and suppliers
• Tracking projects and following up actions
• Helping improve business systems and processes
• General executive and personal assistance support

• Highly organised and proactive
• Calm under pressure
• Naturally follows things through to completion
• Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions
• Positive, patient and adaptable
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Confident on the phone, capable of handling business matters professionally, a fast learner, and willing to embrace new technologies, including the latest AI tools.

Based primarily at our offices at Botanica, Ditton Park, Datchet (SL3 9LL
), a beautiful business campus set within 92 acres of parkland with excellent facilities including a gym, large canteen, own shuttle bus to stations, and lots of parking.
