Slough
Hourly rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour (DOE)

Working Hours:

8:30am - 5:30pm Monday
- Friday

Contract:

Temp on going
- Temp to Perm for right candidate

We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients friendly and busy team in Slough. This is a varied position where you'll be involved in the day-to-day support of the office, speaking with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering incoming telephone calls

Managing and responding to emails

Raising delivery notes

Processing invoices

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Using Sage and internal systems

Providing administrative support across the business

Assisting with general office duties as required

What We're Looking For

Previous office administration experience is essential

Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office

Experience using Sage is essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail

A positive and proactive approach

Experience with in transport, logistics or manufacturing would be highly advantageous.
