About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and skilled Vehicle Service Technician to join our busy Slough workshop.
You will be responsible for servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a wide variety of vehicles. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and wants to grow their career in a professional and supportive environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine servicing, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical repairs
Carry out diagnostics and troubleshoot vehicle issues
Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and assist with general workshop tasks
Road-test vehicles to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with colleagues and service advisors
Experienced Vehicle Technician or Service Technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Reliable, professional, and quality-focused
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a busy workshop
Full UK driving licence preferred
Enthusiastic about developing skills, including hybrid and EV technologies
