Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic looking for a role offering an excellent work-life balance and strong earning potential?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy automotive workshop working a unique 3 days on shift pattern.
With a basic salary of £35,000, and the opportunity to earn up to £750 per month in productivity bonus, this role offers excellent earning potential alongside an attractive working pattern.
Hours:
6:00am to 7:30pm with1-hour lunch break
The rota operates on a rolling basis:
- 4 weeks:
Monday to Wednesday - Followed by 4 weeks:
Thursday to Saturday
This gives you regular extended periods away from work and a fantastic work-life balance.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostic work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults
- Completing job cards and workshop documentation accurately
- Working in line with manufacturer and safety standards
- Maintaining high levels of quality and productivity
- Ensuring your work area remains clean, organised and safe
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician with:
- Previous experience working within the automotive industry
- A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive and proactive attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A full UK Driving Licence
