MOT Tester

We are recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester, Vehicle Tester or MOT Technician to join a busy main dealership in Slough. Applicants must hold a valid MOT Tester Licence, have previous MOT testing or automotive workshop experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is desirable.
Location:
Slough, Berkshire
Salary: Basic salary to be confirmed + Uncapped Bonus
OTE: £45,000+
Hours:
Monday to Friday, Saturdays on rota

Busy workshop with strong Service Advisor support
MOT Tester Role Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations
Identify and report vehicle defects and safety concerns
Complete servicing, maintenance and minor repairs when required
Diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment
Carry out electronic vehicle health checks (EVHC)
Complete MOT documentation and workshop records accurately
Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency and Health & Safety
MOT Tester Requirements Valid MOT Tester Licence
Previous experience as an MOT Tester, Vehicle Tester or MOT Technician
Good knowledge of DVSA testing standards and procedures
Experience with in a main dealership or independent garage
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is desirable
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
