As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking to appoint a Senior Networker to help shape our future pipeline and strengthen our influence within the market.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, relationship-driven role suited to someone who already has a strong presence in the commercial fit-out industry. You’ll be given the autonomy to work your network, open doors at a senior level and position the business early in conversations that matter.

Rather than chasing volume, this role is about building the right relationships, creating long-term opportunities and adding strategic value to the wider team.

Responsibilities:

Using your established industry relationships to generate high-quality opportunities

Positioning the business with developers, agents, consultants and end-user clients at an early stage

Representing the company at key industry events and within senior industry circles

Providing insight on market trends, competitor activity and upcoming opportunities

Acting as a trusted point of contact and sounding board for clients and partners

Supporting the leadership team with strategic input on business development and market direction

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience within a turnkey fit-out contractor

A proven track record of relationship-led opportunity generation

Strong, credible relationships within the commercial office and fit-out market

Confidence operating at senior level with clients and professional teams

A commercially minded approach with a long-term outlook

Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, grounded presence

The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider business
