- Frame complex, ambiguous problems into structured analyses and clear decision paths.
- Develop perspectives on risks, sensitivities, and strategic alternatives to support leadership decisions.
- Produce high-quality, executive-level PowerPoint presentations that synthesize analysis into clear, compelling narratives.
- Apply consulting-grade structuring (storylines, hypotheses, executive summaries) tailored to senior leadership audiences.
- Distill complex quantitative and qualitative inputs into crisp recommendations and implications.
- Build and oversee robust models to support strategic analyses, including scenario planning, ROI analysis, and long-term impact assessment.
- Ensure analytical rigor while maintaining focus on strategic relevance rather than technical complexity.

- Act as a thought partner to leaders across Strategy, Finance, Product, Commercial, and Operations.
- Balance strategic thinking with practical considerations of execution within an operating company.
- Experience at a top‑tier or highly regarded management consulting firm.

- Demonstrated track record of leading strategic analyses and business cases that informed senior‑level decisions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA preferred but not required.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive‑ready narratives independently.
- Strong Excel modelling skills used to underpin strategic arguments and recommendations.
- Advanced problem‑solving and structured thinking abilities.
- Strong business judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Ability to synthesize disparate inputs into a coherent strategic point of view.
- Strategic mindset with an execution‑aware perspective.
- High ownership, accountability, and intellectual curiosity.
- Confident communicator who can engage credibly with senior leaders.
- Comfortable moving between high‑level strategy and detailed analysis as needed.
