A recruitment firm based in Slough is looking for a Head of Commercial Partnerships to lead partner-led growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in partnerships and business development with proven success in acquiring new partners. This hands-on role requires excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, developing propositions, and the capacity to lead a partnerships team. This position offers a salary range of £100,000-£120,000 plus bonus and package.
