What You’ll Lead

You’ll take full ownership of pricing for the organisation’s largest division — from major retenders to key strategic bids.

This is a role with real autonomy and real impact, ideal for someone who enjoys untangling complexity and creating clarity.

Your world will include:

* Rebuilding the pricing model from the ground up
   You’ll redesign it, and deliver a future‑proof engine the whole business relies on.

* Driving commercial challenge and strategy
   You’ll tighten margin controls, enabling better deal shaping, and challenge senior leaders with confidence.

* Owning pricing for major retenders and strategic opportunities
   These are major commercial deals with real, tangible impact.

* Influencing and educating the field
   You are someone who can simplify, teach and cascade best practice.

* Leading a small but growing pricing function
   You’ll initially oversee one Pricing Analyst who handles templates and contract reviews, with the opportunity to grow the function as pricing maturity increases.
