** As a Scheduling Analyst within the CSE (Consumer and Shopper Engagement) Scheduling Team, you'll combine Workforce Management expertise, scheduling know-how and data storytelling to shape how we plan and support our global consumer service operation. Working with colleagues across CSE, you'll help ensure our workforce plans meet demand today while continuously improving how we work tomorrow.

** The Scheduling Team connects consumer demand, advisor experience and operational performance across our global locations. We use workforce insights to shape decisions, improve planning approaches and help teams respond to changing business needs while creating a great experience for both colleagues and consumers.
** Core Responsibilities
*** Build schedules and staffing plans that balance consumer demand, advisor needs and operational priorities.
* Translate workforce data into compelling stories that support decisions at all levels of the organisation.
* Partner with global Operations leaders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and improve planning outcomes.
* Develop better ways of using Workforce Management tools, processes and reporting capabilities.
* Represent the Scheduling Team in planning forums, alignment meetings and cross-functional initiatives, including acting as a key delegate when required.
** Do you have what it takes?
*** Experience using Workforce Management platforms such as Calabrio or similar tools, with responsibility for creating and maintaining schedules.
* Comfortable presenting workforce insights and recommendations to audiences ranging from frontline teams to senior leaders.
* Experience with in an operational environment where workforce planning and scheduling are central to success. Contact centre experience would be an advantage.
* Self-driven approach with the confidence to work independently, challenge thinking and follow through on ideas.
* Able to balance day-to-day scheduling responsibilities with continuous improvement, problem-solving and tool optimisation.
** Additional details on this position
** As part of a global team, occasional flexibility outside standard working hours may be needed to collaborate with colleagues across different regions and time zones.

This role is based in our Slough office and requires 3 days in the office per week.#LI-JA1
