We are working with a high growth company which enables retail and fashion companies to scale globally, providing exceptional customer service and an excellent customer experience.

The business is now looking for a Legal Counsel to join its small and growing legal team. The position will best suit an individual who is comfortable working directly with the business, who has a keen interest in the retail sector and who enjoys variety.

The role will be largely general commercial with tech and e-commerce, IP and data privacy as well as corporate, risk and governance matters.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a business which is in growth mode, where things can change quickly and where everyone is working together to make things happen.

A broad general commercial contracts background is key, most likely with experience acting for or working with a consumer business or a retail business. Additional experience in tech and digital as well as data privacy would be useful.

The company is based in Central London and offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office.
