  About the role:

As EU Retail Project Lead, you will support the Global Head of Scooping in implementing Ben & Jerry's European retail growth agenda. Working closely with country business leaders, distributors, franchise partners, licensees, and cross-functional teams, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key retail initiatives across Europe. This role focuses on translating agreed strategy into action, ensuring projects are delivered against milestones, stakeholders remain aligned, and risks and dependencies are actively managed.

The role requires strong project management, relationship leadership, and business operations capabilities, along with the ability to navigate a complex, multi-market environment and drive execution through influence. You will consolidate performance insights, facilitate governance, and provide clear recommendations and escalation to the Global Head of Scooping to support timely decision-making.
