Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 + Package

Leading Main Contractor specialising in Mission Critical, Industrial and Data Centre projects. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor with an established reputation in delivering large-scale mission critical, industrial, and data centre projects across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS to take on a senior role within a forward-thinking contractor, offering long-term progression, high-profile projects, and a competitive package.

• Managing all aspects of cost control, procurement, and contractual obligations
• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Leading subcontractor negotiations and managing payments
• Supporting commercial strategy and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Working closely with project teams to drive value and efficiency

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level
• Background in mission critical, industrial, or data centre projects (preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC/JCT advantageous)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

• Salary £65,000 – £85,000 (DOE) + package
