Level of experience:
Asbestos Surveyor through to Asbestos Consultant.

We are currently recruiting for an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence across the South of England. You will be covering Commercial, Industrial and Educational contracts; providing the full range of Asbestos Surveying services such as management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from:
Windsor, Bracknell, Guildford, Woking, Guildford, Reigate, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Stevenage, High Wycombe, Reading, Basingstoke, Crawley, Horsham, Epsom.

• Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
• Will have experience working as a surveyor for an established Asbestos Consultancy.
• Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
• Confident in using industry relevant systems (TEAMS / TRACKER).
• Must have a professional manner at all times.

• Covering Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.
• Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
• Gathering information from site to produce reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
• Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice.
