We are seeking an experienced Freelance Mechanical or Electrical Construction Manager with a proven background in the Building Services and M&E sector. This role involves managing and overseeing the delivery team and specialist outside sub‑contractors for a large data centre project in Berkshire, with a package of around £50M.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the delivery team and specialist outside sub‑contractors.
• Ensure Health and Site Safety are in place and adhered to throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Established Freelance Mechanical or Electrical Construction Manager with relevant experience.
• Industry‑recognised qualification in M&E.
• Experience in M&E fit‑out on critical systems projects is advantageous.
