PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of complex laboratory fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life-science environments, responsible for cost control, forecasting, and decision-making throughout project stages.
Key responsibilities include developing detailed cost plans, leading procurement, and managing commercial risks while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Proven experience with CL2/CL3 labs and solid stakeholder management skills are essential.
