Quantity Surveyor; £60,000 - £70,000 + Company Car + 36 days Holiday + Specialist Training + Progression. Langley, Berkshire - Nationwide Travel

This is a role with a leading design and build contractor specialising in multi-storey car park construction projects across the UK and Europe. The position offers long-term progression, specialist training, and the opportunity to work on complex construction schemes within a growing international business.

• Managing commercial aspects of construction projects
• Preparing valuations, applications, CVRs, and cost forecasts
• Managing subcontractor procurement, variations, and final accounts
• Identifying and valuing client variations and change requests
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams throughout project delivery

• Quantity Surveying experience within construction
• Knowledge and experience working with JCT contracts
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Organised with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
