** Location and Working Pattern
*** Slough* Nights: 5:30pm to 6:00am
* Approx. 3-month contract (until December)
* Weekend work required
** Responsibilities
* ** Manage and supervise all night-shift site activities including subcontractor teams
* Ensure health and safety compliance and enforcement of RAMS, permits, and site rules
* Track progress against programme milestones and report issues promptly
* Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and access control
* Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate with the day team for seamless project handovers
* Support commissioning tasks as needed
* Ensure adherence to client and statutory compliance requirements
** Must-have Requirements
*** Proven experience as Night Manager, Construction Manager, or similar in large-scale projects
* Background in data centres, complex industrial builds, or high-spec technical environments (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and CDM awareness
* Ability to manage and direct night-shift operations independently
* Willingness to work regular weekends as part of the shift pattern
