Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a role where you can take real ownership of your projects, build strong client relationships, and continue progressing your career?
I'm working with a rapidly growing construction and property consultancy that's looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their London team.

They work across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education and public sector projects, giving you the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio while developing your professional and commercial experience.
- Carrying out building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence
- Leading contract administration and project management instructions
- Managing planned preventative maintenance programmes and defect analysis
- Delivering party wall and dilapidations instructions
- Providing trusted technical advice and building long-term client relationships
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the Building Surveying team
They're looking for an experienced Building Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role within a growing consultancy.
Ideally, you'll have:
- MRICS qualification, or be working towards chartership with strong relevant experience
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong experience across professional and project-based Building Surveying
- Experience working across sectors such as residential, commercial, education or public sector
- The confidence to lead projects and manage client relationships independently
- Strong technical, communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- An interest in developing your career and contributing to the growth of the business
- Salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
