Job Title:
Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location:
Slough, Berkshire Salary/Benefits: £26k - £45k DOE Training & Benefits This well-established asbestos consultancy is seeking an attentive Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts in the Southeast of England. Ideally applicants can hit the ground running undertaking air monitoring, site audits, completing asbestos surveys and 4 stage clearances. Applicants will be P402, P403 and P404 qualified. Qualifications:
-Will need the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent
-Strong working history as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
-Flexible to travel to a mixed portfolio of sites
-Adhering to UKAS and HSG guidelines
-IT and literacy skills
-Comfortable liaising with clients
The Role:
-Perform 4 Stage Clearances
-Full air testing, including: personal, background, leak, smoke, and reassurance
-Carrying out site audits
-Collecting ACM samples from site
-Recording accurate data and writing reports
-Conducting thorough management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys
-Offering technical knowledge to clients Alternative job titles:
