You will be site-based on a full-time basis, reporting directly to the MEP Project Director and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of your respective mechanical or electrical package.

* Coordinate MEP works with the wider construction team and other trades.

* Develop and manage detailed project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.

* Monitor project progress, costs, variations, procurement and commercial performance.

* Manage technical submissions, design coordination, RFIs and engineering interfaces.

* Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings and applicable standards.

* Work closely with the MEP Project Director, construction teams, commercial teams and client representatives.

* Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.

* Lead regular progress meetings and provide clear reporting on package performance.
