Senior Designer

Reports to: Creative Lead, Energy CGO Team

We're looking for a Senior Designer who combines three critical skills: mastery of PowerPoint, deep social media fluency, and the ability to create high-craft work using AI tools.

You’ll design high-stakes executive presentations that land complex messages with clarity and impact - from boardroom decks to investor presentations to global town halls. But you're equally at home creating thumb-stopping social content and understanding the nuances among Linked In carousels, Instagram stories, and emerging formats.

Craft is non-negotiable. We need someone who obsesses over typography, sweats the details, and knows that a misaligned element or poor hierarchy can undermine the smartest strategy. You'll bring that same rigor to everything - whether it's a CEO deck or a social tile.

You're plugged into social trends, formats, and what actually performs across platforms. You understand how corporate content differs from consumer social, and you know how to make content engaging without losing authenticity. You create work that works - not just looks good.

You’ll use AI tools as craft multipliers. You know how to prompt, refine, and seamlessly blend AI-generated elements with original design to create work that's indistinguishable from traditional methods - but delivered faster. You maintain creative standards while leveraging technology to experiment more, iterate faster, and deliver higher volumes without sacrificing quality.

• Presentation Design - Expert-level PowerPoint/Keynote for executives, brand launches, and investor decks
• Social & Digital - Create engaging content for Linked In, Instagram, internal comms, and employer brand
• AI-Enhanced Design - Use Pencil Pro (our AI platform) to accelerate creative output
• Brand Support - Templates, guidelines, mentoring, and studio collaboration

• Expert PowerPoint/Keynote skills (portfolio must demonstrate this)
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT)
• FMCG/brand experience preferred
• Exceptional typography and layout skills
• Ability to simplify complex information
• Stakeholder management and fast-paced delivery
