Position: 12-Month Customer Experience Advisor – Frontline Support
A leading mobility solutions provider seeks a Customer Service Advisor for their Corporate Driver team in Slough. The role involves managing customer queries through email and telephone, ensuring accurate service delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have A-level education, excellent spoken and written English, and experience in customer service.
