Equans is looking for an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Slough on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career in customer relations, supporting social housing and regeneration projects that have a real, positive impact on the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Resident Liaison Officer and site team in maintaining strong communication with residents, keeping them informed about project timelines, works schedules, and updates.
  • Support residents during refurbishment or maintenance projects, providing timely responses to any questions or concerns.
  • Attend resident meetings, site visits, and community engagement events to represent Equans positively.
  • Help record resident feedback and update tracking systems in line with company procedures.
  • Coordinate access arrangements, appointments, and special support requirements for residents.
  • Ensure resident homes are treated with care and respect throughout all works.
Who You Are
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in helping people and improving local communities.
  • A confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Keen to develop a career in customer service, housing, or project coordination.

No previous experience is required — full training and mentoring will be provided as part of your apprenticeship.
