As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish. Working alongside estimators, technicians and insurers, you'll help keep customers informed throughout the repair process while ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

The Role
As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the efficient operation of the Bodyshop.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Acting as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person.

· Booking vehicles into the Bodyshop and coordinating appointments.

· Providing customers with regular updates throughout the vehicle repair process.

· Liaising with estimators, technicians, insurers and suppliers to ensure repairs progress smoothly.

· Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal management systems.

· Processing documentation and supporting the administration of repair jobs.

· Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage of the repair journey.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Receptionist / Service Advisor who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have:

· Previous experience in a customer service or administration role within the automotive industry or Bodyshop environment (Essential).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail.

· The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.

· Good IT skills and experience using customer management systems.

· A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.

· A full UK driving licence is desirable.
