Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with strong Revit experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design, documentation, and project coordination, with advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. This role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver high-quality architectural projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and produce architectural designs and construction documents using Revit.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in the final deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate design and technical requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assist in construction administration activities, including reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and presentations.
- Assist in developing project schedules and maintaining project documentation.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of Revit standards and workflows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure or on path to licensure preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on Revit-based design and documentation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, Lumion, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural building systems and construction methods.
- Excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
- LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
