Oversee BIM coordination, information management and Common Data Environment (CDE) processes in line with ISO 19650.

Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, CDM regulations and project-specific standards.

Work closely with commercial and delivery teams to assess design changes, identify value engineering opportunities and improve buildability.

Manage design risks, interfaces and the coordination of temporary and permanent works.

Monitor consultant performance and ensure design deliverables meet the required quality, programme and commercial objectives.

Support sustainability initiatives and the integration of environmental considerations throughout the design process.
