Job Description:

Plan and deliver engaging, imaginative lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, tailored to Year 3 learners
Inspire a love of learning through practical tasks, cross-curricular projects, and interactive teaching
Create a safe, supportive classroom where every child feels valued, confident, and ready to thrive
Use a variety of assessment strategies to track progress and inform next steps
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to support both academic and emotional growth
Take part in school life, including events, clubs, and collaborative planning

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Has experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (preferred but not essential)
Is a flexible and reflective educator with strong behaviour management and differentiation techniques
Shows a clear commitment to inclusive practice, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
Possesses excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Is passionate about lifelong learning, creative teaching, and making a difference
