• Lead and develop the school's behaviour strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent and restorative approach.
• Oversee behaviour systems, including behaviour for learning, rewards, sanctions, and behaviour interventions.
• Line-manage pastoral teams, including Heads of Year and support staff, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Analyse behaviour, attendance and punctuality data to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Work closely with families, external agencies and safeguarding leads to support students with high‑level needs.
• Drive staff training and professional development around behaviour management and classroom culture.
• Model outstanding leadership, communication and professional conduct always.

• A highly effective middle or senior leader with a proven impact on behaviour and pastoral provision.
• Strong knowledge of current behaviour research, including trauma‑informed and relational approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships at every level.
• High expectations for pupils' conduct, achievement and personal development.
• The ability to inspire and challenge staff, students and families alike.
