This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion and enjoys making a real difference to children who need extra support to thrive in the classroom.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
* Supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour support
* Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children in a school or SEN setting (desirable)
* A patient, caring, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
