Overview
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team, primarily based at our Slough & Langley campus. The successful candidate can expect to work across our Slough & Langley and Berkshire College for Agriculture sites. This role pays between G16 £ 24,098 and G19 £ 26,784 per annum depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities- Work as a trainee within the team, supporting employer engagement activity and helping to increase apprenticeship starts year-on-year.
- Develop key skills in business administration, communication, customer engagement, and sales support, while receiving structured training and ongoing mentoring.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of employer engagement initiatives and related activities.
