About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Psychology across appropriate Key Stages (KS4-KS5 depending on experience).
• Deliver high-quality, well-planned lessons that motivate and challenge learners.
• Support departmental development, enrichment and wider curriculum initiatives.
• Contribute to pastoral support and the broader school community.
• Engage in continued professional development and reflective practice.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
• QTS/PGCE and ability to teach Psychology confidently.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for developing analytical thinking, curiosity and academic progress.
• Desirable: Experience in Health & Social Care (TLR available for exceptional candidate).
